How To Use Millions of Dollars of Investmet That Dozens of Companies

Have Made Over the Years In Their Customers...For Free!

Part 2

After last week’s tip about Host-Beneficiary relationships, I know that many of you want me to go over this concept in greater detail. So that’s what this week’s tip is going to be about.

Like I mentioned last week, all it takes is for you to sit down with a pad and pencil, and make a list of companies or businesses that are already selling to the customers you want to be reaching.

It’s really that simple.

So here is what you say to the host business to set up a relationship. You can use the following sample letter.

Dear (Potential Host),

My name is ___________ and I own the _________company. As you can see, I’m located near you and I had a thought that I’d like to share with you.

My company sells __________.

(If the Host Company is one which is located at a distance from you, then you want to state the specifics of your offer in this letter. If it is local, then continue with this..)

I’ll be calling you this week to discuss a proposal that will allow us both to gain a profit by working together.

Your name

Then when you call, you say:

Hi Jack,

I hope you received my letter.

You did? Great.

The idea I had was for you to recommend my company to your customers.

We can do it in many ways, but what I will do is create a letter for you to put on your stationary, and I’ll print them up and mail them to your customers.

All the expense will be mine.

In return I offer you another profit center.

I will share with you 50% of my profit on anything that your customer purchases in my store (Or whatever your business is).

If you have 1000 customers and only 10% purchase you could make as much as (determine the profit they will make on each sale).

Isn’t that a great idea.

I’ll stop by tomorrow and introduce myself in person.

See you then.

Now isn’t that simple?

If you’re online you should research all the other web sites that you could do the same with, or even do an affiliate program with.

Affiliate programs are really just Host-Beneficiary relationships.

They are using your business to sell their product.

If you do this right, you could create hundreds if not thousands of new customers.

Don’t forget that the Host has already developed a relationship with their customers and because they are endorsing your product, they have removed the Risk Factor in dealing with you.

I’ve even suggested to some of my consulting clients, that they give away the entire profit.

You're probably saying to yourself, “What! Are you crazy Ken?”

No I’m not. I’ve seen this concept create over 12,000 new offline customers for one of my clients..

Do the math and you’ll see what I mean.

And don’t forget about the back end. These new customers will be purchasing from you over and over again.

Well that’s it for another week. See you next week. And next week we’ll talk about how to get a profitable stream of referrals and customers.

Till then, keep healthy.

Best Wishes,

Ken Varga
