Thanks Ken….so true! Did you know 3% of our mail is personal? The rest is junk. Sending a note of appreciation makes you stand out. Knowing we all want validation and to be appreciated makes it even more effective in developing relationships.

Hi Al,
You are so right. A little Thank You can go a long way. It seems like such a simple thing, but it has a big impact.

Absolutely. You can never say Thank you too often.
Just the other day I recieved a copy of a property inspection from the my sellers attorney. There was an item that I needed to qualify before the attorney's began to negotiate the issues. I contacted the attorneys office and spoke with his legal secretary regarding the issue.
When our discussion was completed I thanked her for sending the report to me and complimented her office for keeping my in the loop with the correspondance that had been transpiring duing the attorney review period. Not all attorneys are good at keeping the realtors informed.
At any rate, the professional demeanor dropped a notch or two and she told me she appreciated the compliment.
I am sure that further conversations with their office will proceed very smoothly as this transaction heads to the closing table.
A little "Thank you" can go a long way!
