I have been developing free mini-seminars for our local senior centers discussing the downsizing and relocating process in todays housing market. Many of our senior citizens should be considering relocating but do not because the process is perceived as overwhelming. As the baby boomer generation ages, downsizing and relocating should be a huge and profitable niche market that fill each of the 5 qualifying questions posed by Ken.
