This can be done at the point of sale, after with a phone call, and all of the other methods you mentioned.  Your comment was great and thought provoking. The present craze that businesses are talking about is voice of the customer. How do we obtain the key customer requirement using voice of the customer?  Some elements of VOC are focus groups, store intercepts, role playing, listening to customer complaints, among others. I think this should be a topic to focus on in future blogs. What do you think?</description>
